Monday, Sept. 1, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping soundly while on her left side.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

8:55AM - Maureen woke up, looking calm - no signs of distress. We gave her sips of water via swab. P: 62, O2: 94%

9:15AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/61

9:25AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. We applied Nystatin on the redness under the left underarm and on the lower abdomen. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:50AM - Maureen took 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with syrup, banana and 8oz blended water melon. Coughed (dry) 3x, sneezed once.

10:35PM - Oral care.

10:40PM - Eye care/eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine after.

Went out for a walk.

11:25AM - Came back from a good walk.

Maureen closed her eyes on our way back.

11:40AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her right side.

12:00PM - Maureen closed her eyes.

12:45PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with small formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:55PM - Lunch - fish roll with tzatziki, baked zucchini/tomato/onion, and 9oz of lemon water. She coughed (dry) 4x and sneezed once.

1:40PM - Oral care.

Maureen looked sleepy and stayed awake while leaning back on the recliner. Only coughed during liquid intake to clear her throat and whenever she needs to to sneeze. Her energy maintained the same as when she woke up this morning.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen took 3oz of lemon water. Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
