6:30am Maureen’s asleep lying on her left side,
7:00am Maureen opened her eyes few minutes ago, she’s been receptive to sips of water via swab.
7:30am She’s closing her eyes from time to time.
8:15am Maureen’s fully awake, we raised her bed head and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine pill with apple sauce.
8:25am Our day starts. Marianne and I cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Performed an upper body bath using warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta, no redness observed. Dressed and headed Maureen to the kitchen.
8:40am Maureen’s enjoying an oatmeal/fruit smoothie with 1tbs flaxseeds, 8oz prune juice with 3/4 cap Miralax, and couple spoons of Greek yogurt. Coughed once.
9:10am Administered 10mg loratadine with smoothie.
Daily Miralax dosage: 3/4 cap.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.
9:20am Morning oral care.
9:30am Eyes care and eyes drops performed.
9:40am Facial routine.
10:00am Blood pressure: 108/65, P 70.
10:55am Maureen already had her first cup of lemon water.
11:00am Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first break. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed. Positioned on her right side starting at 11:15.
12:10pm First break ends. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed. Dressed and headed Maureen to the kitchen.
12:25pm Lunch: Veggies soup, shrimp salad w/dice beets, full cup of sparkling water and couple spoons of Greek yogurt with one of Michael’s cookies;).
Maureen coughed once during meal.
Reclined Geri chair one notch during lunch, Maureen was leaning forward.
1:00pm Oral care.
2:00pm Maureen drank half of her 2nd cup lemon water.
Maureen’s been alert and awake the whole day except for 15 minutes snoozing she took on the Geri chair this morning.
2:10pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second break. Diaper was heavy wet with a small-soft bowel movement, cleaned and changed. Positioned on her Lt side at 2:25.
3:15pm Second break ends. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed. Dressed and headed Maureen to the front room.
3:35pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi). She coughed once.
