Monday, Nov. 18, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen lying calmly on her left side, awake. No signs of pain or distress.

8:35AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath. Skin is clear from redness/rashes. Diaper was clean and dry, no discharges. We decided to keep it since she was

just recently changed. We proceed to wash her hair. Dressed and transferred to the kitchen to dry and style her hair.

9:20AM - **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap MiraLAX, oatmeal/fruit smoothie and yogurt. Maureen had a sneeze attack, coughed 2x and able to get out a good amount of phlegm with the use of suction machine.

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap

9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care care.

10:05AM - Eye care and eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.

Applied a pea-size of Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on the dorsal (back) left hand.

10:30AM - Neb treatment - Saline soln.

**Maureen closed her eyes for a nap after.

11:00AM - Carolyn came by for a quick visit.

11:25AM - BP: 100/58, P: 75bpm

**She had half a cup of lemon water.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st break. Diaper was medium wet with very small clear vaginal discharges. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Position to face the right side after.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and proceed to the kitchen.

12:43PM - Lunch was chicken salad, fresh tomato and blendee broccoli soup. Maureen ate very well, she finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 2x and sneezed multiple times.

1:35PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen is awake while sitting on her chair, listening to the music.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break, diaper was heavy wet with small clear vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, no discharges. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen had 1/3 cup of water. Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
