Friday March 20th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake

• Prior to our arrival, Tom said Maureen had a small episode in the manner of having slightly wide eyes & making a hiccup sound. He sat w/her to calm her & she slowly relaxed & it passed. Happened between 8:20-8:35.

• Tom also gave her a few swabs of water.

  -We sat her up in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water.

-9:55am Morning Care we changed her diaper it was dry w/large VD odorless. We washed her upper extremities w/warmed purple wipes & dressed her to start the day. We washed Maureen's hair today.

-10:30am transferred Maureen into the living room, gave her 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly & diced kiwi, Maureen drank 8oz.of prune juice.

-11:30am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music.

-12:00pm Journey Care came to reevaluate Maureen. Carolyn came w/Birthday lunch/ Shrimp chopped salad, it was delicious!! Thank U very much & Tres leches cake!!😋🎉🎂🥳

-1:00pm Maureen had shrimp salad & drank 10oz of lemon water.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was medium wet. We positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:10pm start Maureen's afternoon, diaper was dry. Dressed her & transferred Maureen into the living room.

Gave Maureen a piece of cake, she enjoyed it. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-4:05pm giving Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment. -4:30pm dinner pasta salad w/shrimp. Maureen drank 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:10pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 12.5mg of Vimpat and 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree.

-5:25pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into bedroom for bedtime, we changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/VD odorless. Applied cavilon to her bottom and between her thighs. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.
