Monday, Nov. 17, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side - awake and taking sips of water via swab.

8:30AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

9:00AM - Still sleeping.

9:25AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of distress. Gave sips of water via swab. We olaced her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 96/59, P: 66 bpm, O2: 97%

9:38AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

9:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We dressed and washed her hair after.

10:15AM - Maureen had 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 8oz apple juice. Coughed 3x, suctioned once.

10:20AM - Shelly, RN arrived for the weekly nurse visit. She still can hear slight rhonchi in the lungs - and to continue the cough syrup (Guaifenesin).

P: 82 bpm

T - 97.8

BP - 118/80

11:05AM - Oral care.

11:10AM - Eye care/eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:40AM - Administered 20ml of cough syrup with apple sauce.

11:50AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:15PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

1:05PM - Maureen opened her eyes, rest break ended as well. Diaper was clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

1:15AM - Lunch - shrimp salad, mashed avocado, potato/broccoli sheddar soup, and 10oz coconut water. Maureen coughed 3-4 times.

2:00PM - Oral care.

**Leaned all the way back on her recliner, looking comfortable.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face her right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet with small formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen took 10oz water with electrolytes. Fruit snack (melon, apple).
