Monday, Nov. 10, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping while on her left side.

8:35AM - Maureen opened her eyes, no signs of distress. She took sips of water via swab.

8:50AM - She went back to sleep.

9:30AM - She's comfortably sleeping.

10:00AM - Maureen woke up, slightly jumpy. Waited a few minutes before we administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce (in an upright position).

10:17AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:30AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet, we did a clean and changed. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Midline remedy cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and proceed to wash the hair.

10:50AM - Transferred Maureen to the front room. She took 10 oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear and 10oz water with electrolytes. Coughed 2x, used suction machine once.

11:30AM - Oral care.

Eye care and eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:35AM - Shelly, RN and Meghan - social worker arrived. Little congestion heard on both lungs, bowel sounds heard.

T - 98.4

P - 74 bpm

RR -16/min

Advised to continue with 2x a day albuterol plus cough syrup (Guiafenesin) 3x a day for 20ml.

12:10PM - Administered 20ml cough syrup.

12:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

1:10PM - 1st shortened rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

Lunch - chicken/rice soup, mashed avocado and 10oz sparkling water. Coughed 3x, sneezed 2x.

2:00PM - Oral care.

**Maureen i ls calm while leaning back on the recliner.

2:40PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face the right side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen had 10oz lemon water. Fruit snack (apple and melon).
