Monday, May 12, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was still sound asleep while on her left side.


8:20AM - She woke up with no signs of any distress or pain. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


8:35AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using tepid water and cetaphil cleanser - no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, no redness or irritation on area. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on skin and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and will proceed to wash her hair.


9:10AM - We transferred to the kitchen after to blow dry and style Maureen's hair.


She had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - waffle, banana and 8oz apple juice. Maureen coughed once.


9:40AM - Oral care.


9:45AM - Eye care/eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine followed.


9:55AM - We are going out for a walk.


10:35AM - Came back from walk before sun gets very hot. Weather's nice today - we had a good walk.


11:00AM - Maureen took 2oz of lemon water.


11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Then, position to face the right side.


12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.


12:45PM - Lunch - chicken salad, beets and sweet pea soup. Maureen had 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed once.


1:30PM - Oral care.


2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.


Carolyn arrived.


3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.


Barb arrived.


3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).


**Total liquid intake - 30oz
