Monday, March 31, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's already awake, she's comfortably lying on her left side. She had sips of water via swab earlier according to Tom.

8:30AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 102/58, 60bpm

8:40AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser, no redness/rashes on upper body. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. We applied Calazinc on the labia with very less/light redness. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing Maureen and proceed to wash her hair.

9:10AM - We transferred to the kitchen for a quick hair blow-dry and styling.

9:20AM - Breakfast - poached egg, pear & orange, and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen also had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. Coughed once.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

9:50AM - Oral care.

Eye care/eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:00AM - Maureen had a quick 15-20min nap and stayed awake most of the time. Her nose is has been runny today. She took 6oz of lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium formed BM. We cleaned and changed her then position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - a bowl of lamb meat and rice soup, blueberry muffin for dessert, had 9 oz of sparkling water. Coughed 2x, sneeze once.

**Reclined geri chair before lunch for a notch for comfort.

Maureen ate well. Nose is still runny.

1:30PM - Oral care.

1:45PM - Neb treatment with saline soln.

2:30PM - Maureen had 3oz of lemon water before we transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed. Got Maureen dressed then, headed to the front room.

3:48PM - Fruit snack time (banana and apple).

**Total liquid intake = 30oz
