Monday, March 24, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, sleeping.

8:30AM - She's still asleep.

8:50AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of any pain or distress. She had sips of water via swab.

We also placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:10AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Dressed and proceed to wash Maureen's hair.

9:40AM - We transferred Maureen to the kitchen for a quick hair blow-dry and styling.

Maureen had 10oz of lemon water prior to breakfast. Took the 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:55AM - Breakfast - poached egg, pear and 8oz prune juice. No cough.

No MiraLAX dose today.

10:30AM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

Facial and hand care routine after.

11:00AM - Maureen was very relaxed while sitting, looking a little tired but stayed awake.

11:30AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break is over, diaper is still clean and dry, no vaginal discharged. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - tuna salad, avocado and lentil soup. She finished 10oz of sparkling water and had chocolate covered strawberry for dessert. Maureen coughed once and sneeze twice.

**We reclined geri chair one notch before lunch for comfort.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - Maureen took 5oz of lemon water.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with very small, soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon). She had 4oz of lemon water.

**Total liquid intake - 37 oz
