Monday March 23rd Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, we sat her up in a upright position. We gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water.

Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was light wet w/medium VD odorless, & medium hard BM. We applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs & washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed Maureen to start her day. We washed Maureen's hair today.

-10:30am transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave her 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi & 8oz.of prune juice.

• Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-11:40am Shelly's visit- recertification today. Lungs were clear.

-12:15pm Maureen is resting, music is on.

-1:15pm afternoon fruit snack, diced watermelon and grapes & Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-2:10pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless. We positioned Maureen on her left side.

-3:10pm start Maureen's afternoon, we changed her diaper it was dry. Dressed Maureen & transferred her into the living room.

-4:05pm giving Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment & she finished 10oz.of lemon water.

-4:30pm dinner tuna w/sweet potato.

-5:10pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup & 12.5mg of Vimpat w/pear puree. Maureen drank 10oz.of sparkling water.

-5:30pm Oralcare

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/med VD odorless. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.
