Monday, March 17, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is on her left side, sleeping.


8:30AM - Maureen is still sleeping soundly.


9:00AM - She opened her eyes slightly and went back to sleep right away.


10:00AM - We turn Maureen to the right side, still sleeping. Skin is warm and damp due to sweating.


T - 100.0

P - 86 bpm

O2 - 96%


10:30AM - Me and Dalia decided to gave Maureen a quick body bath since her body temperature is slightly elevated. No rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet with small, yellowish vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.


**Maureen opened her eyes while changing her diaper, still looking sleepy and tired. We skipped hair wash today.


10:50AM - We reclined geri chair 2 notch for comfort. Maureen closed her eyes right away, and not taking anything as of right now. We are swabbing her lips with water to keep hydrated.


BP: 98/58

T - 99.7

P - 84 bpm

O2 - 96%


11:45AM - T - 96.8

P - 79

O2 - 96


Maureen slightly opened her eyes.


11:15AM - Closed her eyes to sleep. She's still not taking anything by mouth.


12:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom, diaper was clean and dry. Position to face her right side - eyes closed.


1:00PM - Eyes still closed. Used swab to moisten lips and inner cheeks with water.


1:35PM - Maureen woke up jumpy - no wide eyes, hands relaxed and jaw not clenched. O2 at 96%, Pulse stayed between 84-87 bpm.


2:10PM - Maureen took 3 sips of water via swab.


2:20PM - Closed her eyes back and went to sleep.


2:55PM - Turned Maureen on her left side. Eyes still closed.


T - 98.1

P - 80

O2 - 95


3:30PM - Maureen opened her eyes. Vital signs are stable. Drinking pedialyte via swab.
