Monday, March 10, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is still sleeping, she's lying on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen opened her eyes, still looking a little bit sleepy. Will give her more time before we start her day. No signs of pain or distress.

8:45AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/58, P: 62 bpm

8:55AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath with warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. No rashes/redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, no vaginal discharges. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash Maureen's hair.

9:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the kitchen to give a quick blow-dry and styling.

Maureen had 10oz of lemon water and took 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:40AM - Breakfast - boiled egg, avocado and pear. Maureen had 8oz prune juice. No coughs.

**Maureen is a bit jumpy - had to pause couple of times while feeding her.

No MiraLAX dose today.

10:15AM - Oral care.

10:20AM - Eye care/eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine as well.

10:35AM - Went out for a walk! 😎☀️

11:25AM - Came back, weather is nice and we finally get the chance to get that nice walk.

11:35AM - Maureen had 4oz of lemon water before we took her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. We noticed light redness on the outer anal area, we cleaned and dried - applied the Cavilon barrier cream. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - Maureen took atleast a 30min nap.

1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - cod fish with tartar sauce, french fries and sweet pea soup (blended). Maureen finished 10oz of coconut water. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had 3oz of lemon water. Looking sleepy while on her chair but stayed awake.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we clean and dried her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
