Monday, Jan. 21, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake, lying on her left side. No signs of pain or distress observed.

8:30AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:40AM - BP: 110/62, P: 73 bpm

Me and Dalia started to gave her a full body bed bath with warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Underarms are clear with red spot/rashes. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and proceed to wash her hair.

9:00AM - Transferred to the kitchen to blow dry and styled hair. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

Breakfast - pancake, pear and coffee. Maureen had 3/4 cup of water. Coughed 2x and sneezed 2x.

No MiraLAX dose today.

9:35AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:50AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

10:30AM - Maureen's quiet and relaxed while

sitting on chair - listening to music. Doesn't look like she's going to close her eyes for a nap, not sleepy at all today.

11:15AM - Maureen took 3/4 cup of ginger tea.

11:30AM - Me and Dalia moved her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was still clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:35PM - Done with the 1st rest break. Diaper

as medium wet, we did a clean and change. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Dressed Maureen and moved to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, beets and lentil soup. Maureen finished a cup coconut water and had a piece of milk chocolate pixie. Maureen ate well. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had 1/2 cup of water.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we allowed time to wait however, no signs of going. We dressed her and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen had 1/4 cup of water before her fruit snack (banana, apple and melon).
