Monday, Feb. 17, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen woke up already, on her left side however, still looking sleepy. Looking relaxed, no signs of pain or distress.

8:35AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/61, P: 60 bpm

8:50AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath. Red spot on the right arm appears very light, applied Hydrocortisone. Diaper was clean and dry with medium, yellowish vaginal discharge. We cleaned/dried and changed Maureen, we applied Nystatin on the light redness on her lower abdomen and left inner thigh. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on right inner thigh. Finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

9:15AM - Breakfast - 8oz of prune juice, scrambled egg, pear and cherry roll cake from Luda's bday. Coughed 2x, used suction machine once and Maureen was able to cough out the phlegm.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to breakfast for comfort.

No MiraLAX dose today.

9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

10:05AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Maureen's comfortably sitting on her recliner, very relaxed while listening to some Irish songs and going thru her 60th birthday album.

**Maureen had 10oz of lemon water.

11:00AM - Multiple coughs today and a little phlegmy than the usual. Used suction 2x and was able to get most of the phlegm. Maureen has runny nose as well.

She had half cup of lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium soft BM and small, cloudy vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

We noticed a small red mark on Maureen's left cheek, applied a thin layer of hydrocortisone.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

12:50PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, fresh tomato and broccoli cream soup. Maureen also had rice pudding for dessert and had a cup of sparkling water.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - She drank half a cup of lemon water.

2:30PM - Time for the 2nd rest break. We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet with small soft BM. We cleaned and changed her, position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 3oz of lemon water. Fruit snack (banana, apple and melon).

**Total liquid intake - 37 oz
