Friday, Dec. 5, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, comfortably sleeping.

8:20AM - She opened her eyes, no signs of any distress. Gave her sips of water via swab.

8:30AM - Maureen went back to close her eyes to sleep.

9:00AM - She's still sleeping.

9:15AM - Maureen opened her eyes, still

looking slightly sleepy. Gave her another sips of water via swab and placed her in an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 105/70, P: 65 bpm, O2: 96%

9:35AM - Neb treatment with saline.

9:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. No signs of redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.

10:10AM - Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, apple and 8oz water with electrolyte. Coughed (dry) 2x.

11:00AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:30AM - Watching 'The Christmas Karen' movie.

11:50AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:25PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face the right side.

1:00PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

1:10PM - Lunch - grilled turkey and cheese sandwich, tomato and 12 oz root beer. Maureen ate well. Coughed 2x.

1:55PM - Oral care.

2:15PM - Maureen's relaxed while leaning back on the recliner - very awake.

2:45PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Position to face the right side.

3:20PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen took 8oz water with electrolyte. Fruit snack followed (melon and apple).
