Monday December 4, 2023 Daytime update

• 6:30am Maureen is asleep lying on her left side.

• 7:00am She’s still sleeping.

• 7:30am Maureen openEd her eyes with slight twitching. Within a couple minutes her pulse went up 130, 143 and descending immediately back to 120s. Her mouth wasn’t clenched and she was blinking. It lasted about 10 minutes.

• 8:00am Maureen is asleep.

• 8:30am She’s still sleeping

• 9:05am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed head and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:15am Our day starts giving Maureen an upper body bath, no redness observed. Emily and I cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:35am Maureen’s enjoying an oatmeal/fruit smoothie and couple spoons of Greek yogurt for breakfast. No coughs.

• 9:45am Administered 10mg loratadin with smoothie.

• Daily Miralax dosage: None.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.

• Carolyn visited Maureen:).

• 10:00am Morning oral care. Maureen sneezed/coughed once and her nose was running.

• Maureen took a nap for one hour as soon she was done with her morning routine, getting awake just before morNing break.

• 11:20am Facial routine performed.

• 11:30am Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first resting break. Diaper was dry, positioned on her right side at 11:40.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:40pm Blood pressure: 105/68, P 82.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Chicken/veggies soup, pita crackers, full cup of sparkling water and couple spoons of Greek yogurt for dessert. Maureen coughed twice and sneezed once.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch during lunch, Maureen was leaning forward.

• 1:15pm Oral care.

• 2:00pm Maureen’s been awake the whole while listening to Christmas songs. She had 3/4 cup of lemon water.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bed for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed. Positioned on he left side at 2:45.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Cleaned and changed a md wet diaper, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fr snack ( melon/pear/kiwi).
