  • 6:30am Maureen is sound asleep. She is lying on her left side.

  • 6:50am Maureen woke up and had an episode. We saw occasional twitching, her pulse peaked at 124, O2 ranged from 93%-96%. Her eyes were not fixed to one spot and she was blinking. The whole ordeal lasted no more than 12 minutes.

  • 9:50am Our morning begins. Maureen's diaper is medium wet - Maya and I performed a clean and change and applied 3M products. We next washed Maureen's upper body using warmed wipes from the purple packet. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • 10:13am Administered Levothyroxine with applesauce.

  • 10:15am Breakfast - oatmeal, banana, 8 oz prune juice, cup of water.

  • Daily Miralax dosage - 1/2 cap

  • 10:32am Administered Lisinopril and Loratidine with applesauce.

  • 12:15pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen's diaper is dry. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 12:25pm.

  • 1:25pm Rest break #1 ends. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet and she had a small, formed bowel movement - Maya and I performed a clean and change and we headed to the kitchen.

  • 1:40pm Lunch - cheddar broccoli soup, cauliflower, asparagus, ham and cheese pickle with a bottle of organic coconut water. Apple pie for desert.

  • 2:35pm Oral care.

  • 2:40pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #2. Maureen's diaper is dry. She will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 2:44pm.

  • 3:30pm Rest break #2 ends. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet and she had a small, formed bowel movement - Maya and I performed a clean and change. We finished dressing and headed to the front room.

  • 3:45pm Fruit snack.

  • Our day got off to a slow start today. Maureen slept in but she was full of energy during her meals. Congestion was heavy - Maureen coughed twice throughout the day that warranted use of the suction machine and I was able to remove a significant amount of phlegm. Otherwise, all other aspects of the day went well - Maureen's appetite is great and her position in the chair was perfect with use of the green wedge pillows.
