Monday, Dec. 30, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake, she looked calm while lying on her left side. No signs of pain or distress. Tom informed she had sips of water via swab minutes ago.

8:35AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP - 104/69, 71 bpm

8:45AM - Me and Dalia started to gave Maureen her full body bath. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet, no vaginal discharges present. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and washed her hair. We took her to the kitchen after to blow-dry and style Maureen's hair.

9:15AM - Gave Maureen 8oz prune juice with 1 cap of Miralax.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:30AM - Breakfast - cheesy scrambled egg, and sliced pear. Maureen had Activia as well and 1/4 cup of water. Coughed 3x and sneezed 2x.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

10:10AM - Oral care.

10:20AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:40AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap. Looking relaxed and calm while on chair.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her to the right side.

12:30PM - Rest break ended. Diaper was still dry, no vaginal discharges. We proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:40PM - Lunch - chicken noodle soup and guacamole. Maureen had a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 3x and sneezed once.

**We reclined geri chair one notch due to Maureen leaning forward a lil bit.

1:20PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had 3/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of the pedia-lyte.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen had 1/4 cup of water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
