Monday, Dec. 2, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was kying on her left side, soundlessly sleeping.

8:20AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of distress - very calm.

8:40AM - BP: 106/70, 67 bpm

We placed in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath - using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Skin is clear, no rashes/redness. Diaper was medium wet with medium cloudy vaginal discharges. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair. Transferred to the kitchen after, to blow-dry and style her hair.

9:25AM - Maureen took a cup of lemon water and 6oz prune juice with 1/2 cap Miralax.

9:40AM - **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

Breakfast - oatmeal/fruit smoothie and yogurt. Maureen coughed once.

MiraLAX dose today 1/2 cap

10:05AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.

10:15AM - Oral care.

10:20AM - Eye care/eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:30AM - Maureen had a 25min nap on chair, looking relaxed.

We moved her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, no vaginal discharges. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:43PM - Lunch was chicken salad, fresh tomato and broccoli soup. Maureen had a cup of sparkling water. Maureen ate well, coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch prior to lunch for comfort.

1:25PM - Oral care.

1:45PM - Maureen was just listening to her Christmas song list, very awake.

2:00PM - Carolyn came by.

**Maureen had half a cup of cold ginger tea.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was

medium wet, cleaned and changed. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed her. Transferred Maureen to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen had 1/4 ginger tea before fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
