Monday, April 24 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is asleep. She is laying on her right side..

• 7:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still in and out of sleep.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is awake now.

• 8:15 am- We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with some apple sauce. Maureen fell asleep immediately after.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 9:00 am- Maureen is still asleep.

• 9:30 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 9:45 am- Maureen is awake and we started the day. Diaper was dry. Joanna and I washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 10:10 am- Breakfast- oatmeal, 1/4 of banana, 1/4 of pear, 8 oz cup of prune juice mixed with water. Maureen coughed once.

• 10:40 am- Morning oral care.

• 11:00 am- Maureen is snoozing in the chair. 12:00 am- Maureen has been transferred to Carolyn's house.

• 12:50 pm- Lunch- cottage cheese with blueberries, cup of water. No coughs.

• 1:20 pm - Oral care.

• 1:30 pm- Joanna and I proceeded with a clean and change routine. Maureen's diaper was medium wet and had a small soft bowel movement. After cleaning Maureen thoroughly, we positioned her on her left side at 1:45 pm.

• 3:15 pm- Maureen's only rest break for today is over. Her diaper was dry. Joanna and I transferred Maureen to the recliner.

• 3:30 pm- Fresh fruit snack.
