Monday, Apr. 14, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping, lying comfortably on her left side.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

9:00AM - Maureen's awake and looking still looking slightly sleepy. We placed her in an upright position after 10mins, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 101/64, P: 60 bpm

**Used suction machine 2x to aid with coughing.

9:20AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Red spot on the upper right arm is non visible, the broken skin on the frontal elbow is looking better and healing - we applied Calazinc. Diaper was dry, no vaginal discharge - we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Calazinc on the labia - slight to no redness on skin. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on the inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and washed her hair after.

9:55AM - We transferred Maureen to the kitchen for a quick hair blow-dry and styling.

10:05AM - She had 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. Ate boiled egg, pear and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed 2x, sneezed once.

**Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce after breakfast.

10:35AM - Oral care.

10:40AM - Neb treatment with saline sol'n.

10:55AM - Eye care/eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:15AM - Maureen's relaxed while sitting on the geri chair, awake. She took 4oz of lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with small, clear vaginal discharge - we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

12:40PM - Lunch - a bowl of beef and rice soup, 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed once and had multiple sneezes.

**Reclined geri chair one notch before lunch for comfort.

1:25PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had 4 oz of lemon water.

2:30PM - We moved a sleepy Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 4oz of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
