6:30 am: Maureen is asleep. She is lying on her left side.

7:15 am: Maureen is still sleeping.

7:45 am: Maureen still sleeping.

8:15 am: Maureen is opennig her eyes but still looking sleepy. We will give her more time.

8:30 am: Maureen is waking up.

8:35 am- We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce. 8:50 am: We started the day. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier and cream. No redness on body observed. Dalia and I washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:10 am: Breakfast- Smoothie, 8 oz of prune juice and 1/4 cup of Miralax, some of water. 9:25 am: Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril.

9:30 am: Morning oral care.

We reclined the chair down one level.

9:30 am: Maya came visit Maureen:) She brouth a lot of good stuff from starbucks. Maureen had good time :)

10:00 am: Maya left.

10:00am: Eyes wash and eye drops.

10:05 am: Facial routine. 10:25am: Maureen started to close her eyes. She is snoozing.

11:20 am: We transferred Maureen to bed for her first rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her.

Maureen will lie on her right side starting at 11:30 am.

12:25 pm: the diaper was dry

12:30 pm: we transfered Maureen to the kitchen for lunch

12:40 pm: Lunch: veggie soup prepared by Dalia, spinach and kale muffin from starbucks and fresh tomato. Maureen enjoyned very much. Mix berry yougurt for desert.

She finished second cup of water.

1:00 pm: We reclined the chair down one level.

1:30 pm: Oral care.

2:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to bed for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her.

Maureen will lie on her left side starting at 2:15 pm.

3:15 pm: The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed Maureen. 3:30 pm: we transfered Maureen to the living room.

3:35 pm: fruits ( watermelon and kiwi) snack. Maureen is enjoying eating and watching TV. She started the third cup of water.
