July 22 daytime update

• 6:35AM - Maureen is sleeping soundly. Her diaper is dry.

• 7:35AM - Maureen remains sleeping peacefully.

• Our day officially began @ 8:02AM. Maureen is in very good form. She was a bit unresponsive when we first started the day. Her diaper was wet. Djon cleaned Maureen thoroughly using warmed wipes from the purple packet. There were no red marks on Maureen's posterior.

• Breakfast service began @ 8:22AM. Maureen is sitting upright in the geri chair without assistance. Djon administered the thyroid pill just prior to the start of breakfast.

• 8:35AM - Djon administered the blood pressure pill and baby aspirin.

• Maureen wil consume 1/2 a glass of undiluted prune juice this morning.

• Maureen’s posture in the Geri chair was good. She began to tilt heavily to the left as the breakfast service progressed.

• 9:05AM - We went out for a stroll in the neighborhood before it got too warm.

• 9:55AM - Returned home. Checked the pull up. It is dry. We placed Maureen in the lift recliner. Djon is now making her fruit smoothie.

• 11:55AM - Djon checked Maureen's pull up just prior to us going to lunch. It was wet. We took Maureen to the bathroom. She was on the commode for 12 minutes. Her pull up was soaked. She almost immediately had a large firm bowel movement—there was no additional urine in the toilet.

• 12:15 - Lunch - Carolyn brought over Jersey Mike's for the whole crew. Maureen enjoyed 1/2 of a turkey and provolone sandwich on rosemary parmesan bread and a small bowl of lentil soup.

• 2:40PM - Djon determined that Maureen's pull up was wet. Since She had a large bowel movement earlier today combined with the three small ones in the last 18 hours, we decided to take Maureen to the bedroom to be cleaned and changed. Djon cleaned Maureen throughly and put on a fresh pull up. There were no red marks on Maureen's posterior.
