9:30 am: Maureen is sleeping.

10:10 am: Maureen opened eyes.

We gave her few sips of water via swab.

We placed Maureen in an upright position.

10:20 am: Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:25 am: Me and Tom washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

Light wet diaper. Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

We washed her hair.

11:15 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.

Maureen had 10 oz of water.

Administered 10 mg of Loratadine with applesouce.

11:30 am: Breakfast: waffle with butter and jelly, some pear.

Maureen had 8 oz of prune juice.

12:00 pm: Oral care.

12:05 pm: Face routine.

12:15-1:10 pm : Nap

1:15 pm: Lunch: Chicken soup, avocado/guacamole and beets

12 oz Sparkling water

1:45 pm: Oral care.

2:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the rest break.

Dry diaper.

We position to face her right side.

Maureen took one hour nap.

3:15 pm: Rest break is over.

Medium wet diaper. MEDIUM FORMED BM.

3:30 pm: Transferred to the front room.

3:40 pm: fruit snack: watermelon.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Chicken/Broccoli Pasta - Maureen did not eat.

3 oz of water with lemon.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

5:50 pm: Oral Care.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Dry diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
