Friday January 30th Daytime summery

-9:30am Maureen still asleep

-10:00 Maureen is awake

-10:10 Gave Maureen her Levothyroxine 25mcg. w/applesauce while in a upright position.

-10:20 Morning care...washed her face & upper body w/warm purple wipes, changed her diaper, was dry & applied sureprep & cavilon to appropriate areas. Noticed some redness above her hairline & applied Nystatin to red area.Dressed her for the day.

-10:50 transferred Maureen into living room.

-11:00 Gave Maureen her Loratadine 10mg. w/applesauce

& brushed her hair.

-11:05 made breakfast, one egg w/onion and tomato & half of small banana.

-11:45 oral care & facial & hand cream

-12:00pm Tom prepared Tylenol w/applesauce & I gave it to her

-12:15 Maureen is resting

-1:00 lunch- prepared pea soup & beets...Maureen did not eat much if anything, try jello as well no luck!

-1:45 oral care

-1:55 transfer Maureen for rest break, prepped her & diaper was dry. Positioned on right side

-3:00 get Maureen up & ready for afternoon, diaper dry & has discharge w/little odor. Waited a bit & messaged belly w/sound to try to see if she would urinate w/o luck.

-3:30 transferred Maureen into living room, brushed hair & gave her afternoon fruit snack. Apples & watermelon which she took very well. Watching game shows...

-5:00 dinner chicken w/ noodles & broccoli ate half

• Drank 36oz. of fluids throughout the day

• 6:00 bedtime meds given, OlanZapine 5mg w/applesauce & Lacosamide w/ applesauce

• Oral care

• Transferred into bed room

• Vitals - temp- 95.9 Pulse 95 O2 64

• Washed & lotion applied on face, arms, legs & hands

• Diaper changed, heavy wet

• Positioned on her left side

I retook her temperature around 8:30, 98.1°
