9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom's giving her sips of water via swab. No signs of pain or any distress.
9:50AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
10:10AM - Me and Sheryl gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was medium wet with medium, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.
10:30AM - Maureen took 4 oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.
Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onion, finished 8oz prune juice, and pear. Maureen ate well. Coughed 3x, used suction machine once.
11:15AM - Oral care.
Neb treatment with albuterol.
11:40AM - Facial and hand care routine.
12:30PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.
1:15PM - Maureen took 5 oz of lemon water and had apple and melon as fruit snack. Coughed once.
2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the right side.
3:20PM - Rest break ended already. Diaper was medium wet with small, formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.
3:35PM - Maureen had 8 oz of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.
4:30PM - Dinner - baked salmon and steamed broccoli. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 8oz sparkling water. No coughs.
**Gave us a few smiles today.
5:40PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.
5:55PM - Oral care.
6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Maureen was clean and dry. We applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.
6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

P - 71 bpm
O2 - 97%
