9:30 am: Maureen is sleeping.

10:15 am: Maureen opened eyes.

We gave her few sips of water via swab.

We placed Maureen in an upright position.

10:25 am: Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 105/67

P: 68

O2: 96

10:35 am: Me and Tom washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

The diaper was dry.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs.

10:50 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.

Maureen had 11 oz of water.

Administered 10 mg of Loratadine with applesouce.

11:05 am: Breakfast: Scrambled egg with onion, tomato and cheese, some banana.

Maureen had 10 oz of prune juice.

11:40 am:Oral care.

11:50 am: Face routine.

1:15 pm: Lunch: Tuna Fish Salad, avocado

11 oz Sparkling water

1:45 pm: Oral care.

2:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the rest break.

Medium wet diaper. XL formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

We position to face her right side.

3:00 pm: Rest break is over.

Medium wet diaper. Small formed BM.

Transferred to the front room.

3:20 pm: 5 oz of water

watermelon and apple - fruit snack.

4:30 pm: Dinner: BBQ Beef Brisket, potatos and veggie

5:35 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

5:50 pm: Oral Care.

6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

6:25 pm: Maureen is in bed.
