Friday, Oct. 10, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side - already awake. She had sips of water via swab. She's slightly jumpy, no tightness or clenched jaw or fists.

8:15AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 108/62, P: 70 bpm, O2: 95%

8:30AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath - no redness on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and proceed to wash her hair.

8:50AM - We transferred to the kitchen. She took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - Waffle with butter and strawberry jelly, pear and 8 oz of coffee. Coughed 2x.

Carolyn arrived.

9:35AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:10AM - Shelly, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly nurse visit. She heard slight rhonchi on left upper lung. Bowel sounds normo-active.

T - 98.5

BP - 118/72

11:00AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:00PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:10PM - Lunch - grilled turkey and cheese sandwich, fresh tomato on the side, and 12oz rootbeer. Maureen coughed 5x and sneezed 4x.

12:50PM - Oral care.

1:30PM - Maureen's sitting well and comfortably on her recliner, very awake.

2:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of water with electrolyte.

2:30PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 2 oz of lemon water. Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
