8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping with Tom with her on bed. She's calmly lying on her left side.

8:30AM - Maureen's still sleeping.

9:00AM - Maureen is still in a deep sleep.

9:30AM - Still sleeping.

9:48AM - Maureen woke up with a slight twitching that last for atleast 10mins, pulse ranging between 95bpm to 110bpm.

10:10AM - In an upright position, we administer 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:20AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser. Small red bite mark on upper left arm, no other redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed Maureen. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and proceed to wash her hair. Transferred to the kitchen to blow-dry and style her hair, after.

10:45AM - Breakfast - 6oz prune juice with 1/2 cap Miralax, pancake, orange, sips of coffee and yogurt. Coughed 4x.

MiraLAX dose today - 1/2 cap

11:10 - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

11:25AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:40AM - Neb treatment - Saline soln.

12:00PM - Maureen was awake, geri chair reclined one notch for her comfort. Listening to the music.

12:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for a short 30min break since she got up very late today. Diaper was clean and dry, position her to face the right side.

1:05PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, no discharges present. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.

1:07PM - BP: 110/63, P: 69bpm

Lunch - chicken-rice soup, guacamole and a cup of sparkling water. Maureen coughed 3x.

1:45PM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

2:30PM - Barb arrived to visit Maureen.

2:45PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with small, clear vaginal discharge. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Position to face her right side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, proceed to dress her and transferred to the front room.

3:40PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
