Friday, March 7, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's still sleeping, looking calm while on her left side.

8:35AM - She slightly opened her eyes and went back to sleep right away.

9:00AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of any distress or pain, and ready to start her day. We placed her in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 105/69, P: 62 bpm

9:10AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath with warm water and Cetaphil

cleanser, redness on right elbow looked very light - applied Aquaphor cream. Diaper was lightly wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash Maureen's hair.

9:35AM - We transferred Maureen to the kitchen for breakfast and a quick hair blow-dry and style. **Reclined geri chair one notch prior to breakfast.

Breakfast - scrambled egg, pear and 8 oz apple juice. She also had 8oz of water and ate well. Coughed 2x.

We also administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:20AM - Oral care.

10:30AM - Facial and hand care routine. **Maureen closed her eyes 15mins after for a nap.

11:10AM - Maureen finished the remaining 2 oz of her lemon water.

11:30AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken salad, broccoli, rice pudding for dessert and 10 oz of root beer. Coughed once, sneezed 3x.

**We reclined geri chair one notch prior to lunch for comfort.

1:15PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen is less coughing today even while eating during lunch. She's comfortably sitting on her recliner just listening to the music.

2:25PM - Maureen had 7 oz of lemon water.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her - inserted suppository to aid with the BM. Then, placed Maureen on her left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with XL large formed BM. We cleaned and changed Maureen. Got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:48PM - Maureen took 6oz of water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).

**Total liquid intake - 41oz
