Friday, March 28, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen is on her left side, awake however, still looking sleepy. We will give her more time before getting up.

8:40AM - Maureen looked ready to start her day. We placed her in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 102/60, P: 62bpm

8:55AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. No redness/rashes on upper extremities. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. The outer labia looking less red - applied the cream with zinc. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on the inner thighs. Finished dressing and proceed to wash Maureen's hair.

9:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the kitchen for a quick hair blow-dry and styling.

Breakfast - Maureen had 10 oz of lemon water before breakfast. She had a slice of banana bread, pear and 5 oz coffee. Maureen only took 3oz of prune juice. Coughed once.

10:10AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

10:30AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:00AM - Maureen was awake the entire time, no naps this morning. Looking relaxed and comfortable while on the chair.

11:30AM - Maureen finished the rest of the 7oz prune juice. We transferred her to the bedroom after for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed. Got her dressed then, moved to the kitchen.

12:40PM - Lunch - chicken salad, fresh tomato and sweet pea soup. Maureen had 10 oz of coconut water. She ate very well. Coughed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch before lunch for comfort.

1:20PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had 3 oz of lemon water.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her then, position to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).

**Total liquid intake - 38 oz
