Friday, July 25, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen’s asleep lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen sleeps soundly.

• 9:08am Maureen recently woke up receptive to sips of water via swab. Now, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:10am Blood pressure: 100/60, P:79, O2:97.

• 9:15am Saline Neb treatment.

  Maureen closed her for 25 minutes while on her back.

• 9:40am Marianne and I started our day giving Maureen a full body bath using damp washcloth and Cetaphil cleanser, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a very small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and continued to wash her hair, then headed to the living room.

• 10:08am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:10am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, pancake with syrup and pear sauce, 6oz prune juice. Maureen coughed four times during meal, suction pump used.

• No MiraLAX administered

• 10:50am Oral care and facial routine performed.

• 11:45am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting period. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• Maureen closed her eyes soon after she was in bed napping past her break time.

• 1:15pm First break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 1:30pm Lunch: Grilled roasted turkey and cheese sandwich with fresh tomato, and 11oz root beer. Maureen coughed three times during meal.

• 2:15pm Oral care.

• Maureen seems to be more alert and energetic after her nap.

• 2:45pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:50pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 4oz lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 30oz
