Friday, January 13, 2023 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is awake.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is awake, Tom is giving her some water via swab. Pulse- 65, O2-94, T- 98.3.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still awake and receptive to water via swab. She is calm and relaxed.

• 7:50 am- Maureen is closing her eyes from time to time.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:15 Maureen is awake.

• 8:30 am- We started our day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied 3 M products. Washed Maureen's upper body. No redness was observed. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 8:50 am- Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:51- Breakfast- oatmeal, banana, 8 oz of prune juice, cup of lemon water . Maureen coughed 3 times and sneezed 4 times.

• 9:20 am- Administered lisinopril, Loratadin and 20 ml of Guaifenesin.

• 9:25 am- Morning oral care. We reclined the chair right after.

• 9:30 am- Facial routine.

• 9:45 am-Maureen was very congested during breakfast, we used the saline solution spray. Her energy started to fade after breakfast. She is snoozing in her chair right now .

• 10:15 am- Maureen is still snoozing in the chair.

• 10:30 am- Half fruit smoothie. Two coughs.

• 10:50 am- Nebulizer treatment with saline solution and Albuterol right after.

• 11:15 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. The diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I performed a clean and change routine. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:25 am.

• 12:25 pm- Rest break #1 ends. Maureen's diaper was heavy wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:40 pm- Lunch time- lentil soup, shrimp salad, steamed carrots, 12 oz bottle of coconut water, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice, sneezed once.

• 1:10 pm- Administered 20 ml Guaifenesin. Maureen seems congested, we sprayed nasal saline solution .

• 1:15 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down one notch for her comfort.

• 2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. The diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed Maureen. Positioned her on the left side at 2:15 pm.

• 3:15 pm- Rest break #2 is over. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed Maureen. Dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:30 pm- Fresh fruit snack. No coughs.
