Friday January 12, 2024 Daytime update

• 6:30am Maureen is asleep lying on her left.

• 7:00am Maureen’s waking up calmly.

• 7:30am Maureen had sips of water via swab and went back to sleep.

• 8:00am Maureen still sleeps.

• 8:30am She’s soundly asleep.

• 9:10am Maureen woke up calmly 20 minutes ago, Tom raised her up to a sitting position and we administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:20am Our day starts giving Maureen an upper body bath, cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and applied Cavilon barrier and cream. No redness observed. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:40am Administered 50mg Senna plus w/apple sauce and a cup of lemon water.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.

• 10:00am Thanks to the power outrage, Maureen is enjoying an oatmeal pancake with strawberry jam and coffee! She also had 8oz prune juice. Coughed three times.

• 10:30am administered 10mg Loratadine w/yogurt.

• No Miralax, 50mg Senna instead.

• 10:40am

• 11:00am Maureen sits relaxed and awake while listening to her playlist.

• 11:20am Blood pressure: 120/68, P 80.

• Maureen finishes drinking 1/2 cup of lemon water.

• 11:40am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break wish will be shortened because of the late start. Diaper was dry, positioned on her right at 11:50.

• 12:30am First break ends. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Chicken/veggies soup with Parm crisps, full cup of sparkling water and couple spoons of Greek yogurt for dessert. No coughs.

• 1:30pm Oral care.

• 2:20pm Maureen sits with good posture and fully awake listening to music. She had 1/4 cup of lemon water in the meantime.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Cleaned and changed a md wet diaper. Positioned on her left side starting at 2:45.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

• 3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack ( melon/pear/kiwi). No coughs.
