8:00AM - Maureen's already awake, looking calm while on her left side. No signs of pain or distress observed.

8:30AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 102/60, P: 62 bpm

**Maureen sounds a little phlegmy today. She tried to cough a couple of times to get it out.

8:40PM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. No redness on skin. Diaper was dry with small, light brown vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Dressed and proceed to wash her hair.

9:00AM - Transferred to the kitchen for a quick hair blow-dry and to style the hair. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, pancake, sausage and pear. Maureen also had 1/4 cup of coffee and finished 1 cup of lemon water. Coughed 3x.

9:45AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap.

9:55AM - Oral care.

10:00AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:30AM - Maureen stayed awake while sitting on her chair.

11:20AM - She had half a cup of lemon water. We moved her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and chnged her. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen then, proceed to transfer to the kitchen after gettint dressed.

12:45PM - Lunch is chicken salad, potato salad and fresh tomato. Maureen had a cup of rootbeer and a piece of chocolate pixie for dessert. Coughed 2x.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen had 1/4 cup of water. We used suction machine once after lunch to assist with Maureen's coughing. Less phlegm heard in her throat after 1st rest break.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.
