Friday, Jan. 3, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake, still looking sleepy while on her left side. No signs of any pain or distress. We will give her more time before we get her up and start on her day.

8:40AM - We placed Maureen on upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - Me and Dalia started to give Maureen her full body bed bath. No redness or rashes on skin. Diaper was dry with a tiny, light yellow spot vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. Proceed to get Maureen dressed then, wash her hair after.

We transferred to the kitchen to blow-dry and style her hair.

9:40AM - **Reclined geri chair one notch prior to breakfast for comfort.

Breakfast - 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, oatmeal pancake, and Activia yogurt. Maureen coughed 3x.

Administered 1 Colace and 10mg Loratadine with yogurt.

**MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap

**Maureen is coughing more than the usual although she's not phlegmy at all. Had one red-faced while coughing.

10:20AM - Oral care.

10:30AM - Facial and hand care routine.

Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on Maureen's dorsal (back) left hand.

11:00AM - Maureen closing her eyes for a nap, hands relaxed.

11:40AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and headed to the kitchen.

12:50PM - BP: 110/65, P: 62bpm

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

Lunch was ham salad, fresh tomato and lentil soup. Maureen finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 2x. Less coughing during lunch time. Maureen ate very well.

1:20PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen was awake, listening to the music while looking comfortable on her chair.

2:30PM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

3:43PM - She had sips of water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
