Friday, Feb. 7, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake at this time. Looking comfortable while on her left side. No signs of pain or discomfort observed.

8:35AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 101/58, P: 65 bpm

8:50AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. There was a very light redness on left underarm, applied Nystatin powder after cleaning and drying the area. Diaper was medium wet with large, yellowish vagina discharge, no odor. We cleaned, dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Proceed to dress and wash her hair.

9:20AM - We transferred her to the kitchen for a quick blow-dry and to style hair.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce. **Reclined geri chair one notch after for comfort.

9:30AM - Breakfast - 8 oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax, pancake, sausage and pear. Maureen also had half a cup of coffee. Coughed 4x, sneezed 2x.

10:00AM - Oral care.

10:10AM - We gave Maureen the Nebulizer treatment with Saline sol'n, to aid loosen phlegm so it would be easy to cough up.

10:30AM - Facial and hand care routine.

11:15AM - Maureen had a quick 20-30min nap.

11:30AM - She had half a cup of lemon water. Transferred to the bedroom for the 1st rest

break. Diaper was clean and dry, position to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

12:40PM - Lunch - lentil soup, guacamole and potato chips. Maureen finished a cup of rootbeer. She coughed once and sneezed once.

Reclined geri chair while in the middle of feeding due to Maureen leaning a bit forward.

1:20PM - Oral care.

1:45PM - Maureen's nose started to drip while having lunch.

2:15PM - Maureen had half a cup of water.

2:30PM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large, thick yellowish vaginal discharge, no odor. Vaginal area doesn't look irritated. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with very small, clear vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Transferred to the front room after.

3:50PM - Maureen had half a cup of water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
