Friday, Feb. 28, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake, comfortably lying on her left side. No signs of pain or in any distress.

8:35AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Tom gave Maureen a full body bed bath with warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Skin is clear from any rashes or red spots. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and proceed to wash her hair.

9:20AM - We transferred to the kitchen, gave a quick hair blow-dry and styling.

Breakfast - scrambled omelette with turkey meat, tomato and onion, and pear. Maureen had 8 oz of prune juice and finished 10 oz of water (mixed with coconut water for flavor). Maureen ate very well. She coughed 2x and sneezed 3x.

No MiraLAX dose today.

10:00AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:10AM - Oral care.

10:20AM - Facial and hand care routine.

10:35AM - We moved to the front room and watched "The Lion King."

11:00AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break, diaper was clean and dry. We positioned to face her right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the kitchen.

12:40PM - Lunch was chicken salad, beets and broccoli soup. Maureen had 18oz of water (took 8oz before she started eating). She coughed 2x and sneezed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch after for comfort.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen is relaxed and awake while sitting on her chair - listening to the music.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her, and positioned to face the left side after.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 5oz of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
