6:30am Maureen’s awake lying on her left with Tom by her bedside. He tells me, Maureen opened her eyes about 15 minutes ago and had few sips of water via swab soon after.
7:00am Maureen went back to sleep.
7:30am She’s accepting sips of water via swab.
8:00am Maureen is sleepy.
8:30am Maureen is asleep.
8:45 Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed head and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:55am Our day starts giving Maureen an upper body bath, changing/cleaning a dry diaper and applying Cavilon barrier and cream . Treated small redness spot under right armpit with a thin layer of nystatin. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
9:15am Breakfast: 6oz prune juice, oatmeal/fruit smoothie and couple spoons of Greek yogurt. Maureen coughed twice, was able to get rid of some phlegm on her own.
9:30am Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.
Daily Miralax dosage: 1/4 cap.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.
9:45am Morning oral care.
9:55am Facial routine performed.
10:30am Maureen is napping on the chair.
11:00am She had half cup of lemon water.
11:20am Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the first resting break. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed. Positioned on her right side at 11:35.
12:25am First resting break ends. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed Maureen to the kitchen.
12:35pm Blood pressure: 118/74, P 78.
12:40pm Lunch: Carrots/potatoes soup, Sliced boiled egg, half slice of bread toasted and topped with guacamole, full cup of coconut water and couple spoons of Greek yogurt for dessert. Maureen coughed once during meal.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.
1:20pm Oral care.
2:00pm Maureen’s been awake and alert the whole time after lunch while listening to Christmas carols.
2:20pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and positioned on her left side at 2:35.
Maureen was able to nap for about 15 minutes during break.
3:25pm Second break ends. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed to the living area.
3:40pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi). No coughs.
