Friday, December 1 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen was sleeping.

• 7:00 am- Maureen opened her eyes, she has been in and out of sleep.

• 7:30 am- Maureen experienced a mild episode with a little twitching and elevated pulse up to 130. It started going down quickly. The episode lasted for 10 minutes. Maureen took some sips of water after.

• 8:00 - Maureen is falling asleep.

• 8:30 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 9:00 am- Maureen is awake. We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:15 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:30 am- Breakfast- Oatmeal smoothie with 2 prunes , 8 oz of prune juice with 1/2 cup of Miralax, couple of spoons of yogurt, cup of water. Maureen coughed twice during breakfast .

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/2 cup.

• 9:50 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin.

• 10:10 am- Morning oral care. We reclined the chair after.

• 10:15 am- Facial routine.

• 10:30 am- BP- 115/71, P- 84.

• 10:45 am- Maureen is snoozing in the chair.

• 11:30 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was dry. She will lie on her right side for an hour starting at 11:40 am.

• 12:40 pm- Maureen's first rest break is over. Her diaper was dry. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:50 pm- Lunch- beets soup, shrimp salad, fresh tomatoe, cup of sparkling water, couple of spoons of yogurt. Maureen coughed twice.

• 1:30 pm- Oral care. We reclined the chair down.

• 2:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Her diaper was heavy wet and she had a large very soft bowel movement. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:35 pm

• 3:35 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred her to the recliner.

• 3:45 pm- Fresh watermelon snack. No coughs.
