Friday, Aug. 8, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping, she's lying on her left side with elevated head of bed. O2 Sat at 95% nasal cannula - looking calm.

8:20AM - Maureen made a slight movement and opened her eyes, no distress observed. She went back to close her eyes 5mins after.

8:50AM - She's still sleeping.

9:15AM - Maureen opened her eyes, still looking sleepy - waited a couple of mins for her to be ready to start her day. Then, placed in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/60, P: 64, O2: 94%

9:30AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

**Maureen had a wet cough, did suction a good amount of phlegm.

9:45AM - Administered 1tab 4mg Methylprednisolone with apple sauce.

Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath, no redness on skin. Diaper was dry, we washed her using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Dried and applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

10:10AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce. Maureen took 10oz of lemon water.

Coughed 2x.

Breakfast - chocolate chip pancake, pear, and 5oz of water (with electrolyte powder). Dry cough, 2x.

11:00AM - Administered 1 tab of Amoxicillin (crushed) with apple sauce.

11:10AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:40AM - Administered 20ml of expectorant with apple sauce.

12:00PM - Maureen's quite awake, not looking sleepy at all. Dalia informed that she looked and sounded better today compared yesterday.

12:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed her on the right side. O2 at 93%.

1:10PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

1:20PM - Lunch - a bowl of blended chicken and veggie soup, avocado and 12 oz coconut water. Coughed 6x - only 1 wet cough.

2:10PM - Administered 1 tab 4mg methylprednisolone with apple sauce.

Oral care.

2:30PM - Maureen's still very awake, leaning back on the recliner. O2 at 95%.

2:45PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper still clean and dry, we placed to face her right side. O2 at 97%.

Maureen had 2 wet coughs, used suction.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medoum wet with very light, brownish spot. We cleaned and changed, got Maureen dressed before we went to the front room.

3:50PM - Administered 20ml expectorant with apple sauce.

Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and

melon). She had 2 oz of lemon water.

**Total liquid intake - 28oz
