Friday, Aug. 15, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping soundly while lying on her left side.

8:30AM - She slightly opened her eyes, she took sips of water via swab.

BP: 100/52, P: 58, O2: 98% via nasal cannula

8:50AM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

9:15AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using water and Cetaphil cleanser. No redness on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and dried. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We got her dressed and washed the hair after.

9:35AM - We transferred to the front room. She had 8oz of lemon water and we also administered 10mg of Loratadine.

Breakfast - pancake, pear, and 4oz of coffee. She also had 2 oz of lemon water. Coughed once (dry).

10:30AM - Oral care.

Hand care routine.

11:00AM - Maureen was leaning back comfortably on the recliner - awake. Coughed once (wet), used suction machine.

Administered 20ml of expectorant with apple sauce.

11:30AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side. O2 at 99%.

12:35PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was dry, we got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - turkey and cheese grilled sandwich, fresh avocado and 10oz of water with electrolyte powder. Maureen coughed 2x (dry). She ate very well and enjoyed the food.

1:25PM - Oral care.

1:50PM - Neb treatment with albuterol.

**Maureen looked very relax today, no signs of any distress. Energy level is stable from the time she woke up until this time. Awake the entire time.

2:30PM - Time for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side. O2 at 99%.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry, we proceed to dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 8oz of water with electrolyte powder. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
