Monday, Dec. 8, 2025 Daytime update

• 9:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side.

• 9:30am Maureen woke up calmly and receptive to sips of water 20 minutes ago. She seems ready to start the day, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:32am Saline Neb treatment.

• 9:42am Tom and I continued giving Maureen a full body bath using a damp washcloth and Cetaphil cleanser, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 10:05am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce. She had 9oz of lemon water after.

• 10:20am Breakfast: Waffle with jam, fresh pear, and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed four times during meal, suction pump used twice.

• 10:30am Shelly, RN from Jurney care arrives for Maureen’s weekly visit:

• 11:20am Oral care.

• 11:30am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

• 11:45pm Applied a thin layer of Triamcinolone cream to Maureen’s left hand dorsal bump.

• 11:45am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side .

• 12:15pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and continued to wash Maureen’s hair and then headed to the living room.

• 12:35pm Lunch: Beans soup, chicken salad, avocado mash, 10oz of sparkling water and vanella icecream with chocolate chips cookie for dessert. Maureen coughed and sneezed twice during meal.

• 1:15pm Oral care.

• Maureen had 9oz of electrolyte drink.

• 2:20pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 2:50pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:10pm Sister Roberta arrives for Maureen’s massage session.

• 3:50pm Fruít snack (melon/pear).

• Total liquids ingested:36oz
