Friday April 3rd Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We positioned Maureen in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree and albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water. Temp- 98.1

• Morning Care we changed her diaper it was dry w/large VD odorless and cloudy. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. Washed her upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & we got her dressed for the day. We washed her hair today.

-10:30am transferred Maureen into the living room, gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine, 20ml of cough syrup and 10mg of Colace w/pear puree. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly & diced kiwi.

Maureen drank 8oz.of prune juice.

-11:30am Oralcare & we applied facial and hand cream to Maureen. Listening to music and relaxing.

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon and grapes. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-2:10pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. Her diaper was dry & we positioned her on her right side.

-3:10pm starting Maureen's afternoon, we changed her diaper it was medium wet w/medium VD odorless and cloudy, urine had a odor. Got her dressed for the afternoon. Transferred Maureen into the living room.

-3:25pm we gave Maureen a piece of banana bread.

-4:05pm giving Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment & she finished 10oz.of lemon water.

-4:35pm dinner salmon w/potatoes and veggies. Giving her 5mg of OlanZapine, 20ml of cough syrup, 10mg of Colace &12.5mg of Vimpat w/pear puree.

-5:30pm giving Maureen 500mg of Tylenol & she finished 10oz.of sparkling water. Oralcare.

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. We changed her diaper it was heavy wet w/a odor. Washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs, feet, hands and face. Dressed her for the night & positioned her on her left side.

Vitals- T- 98.5 PO- 98/94

Fluids- 44oz.

Tom will monitor vitals overnight.
