Monday April 6th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave her a few swabs of water around 7:45am & she fell back to sleep & under no distress.

-9:45am Maureen woke up & we positioned her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water.

-Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/small VD odorless and cloudy. Applied sureprep to her sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. Dressed her & starting her day.

• Shelly's visit- recommended Miralax daily consistently & please try Thick-it to help w/coughing w/liquids. Good bowels sounds, right Lung slight rattle front, from back lungs sound good.

• Temp.- 96.6 BP- 106/70 P- 61

-11:00am transferred Maureen into the living room, we gave her 10mg of Loratadine & 20ml of cough syrup w/pear puree. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly and diced kiwi, Maureen drank 8oz.of prune juice.

-12:00pm Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Resting listening to music and relaxing.

-1:05pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon & Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-2:05pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper it was medium wet w/small VD odorless and cloudy. Positioned her on her right side.

-3:00pm starting Maureen's afternoon, her diaper was dry. We washed Maureen's hair. Transferred Maureen into the living room.

-3:30pm Maureen had a piece of red velvet cake & drank 10oz of lemon water.

-4:00pm giving Maureen a albuterol breathing treatment.
