-9:30am Maureen is awake, Tom gave a few swabs of water. We positioned Maureen in a upright position and gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz of water.

-Morning Care we changed Maureen's diaper it was medium wet w/small VD odorless and cloudy. Applied sureprep to the sacrum area and cavilon between her inner thighs. We washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes. Dressed her for the day.

-10:15am transferred Maureen into the living room. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine, 20ml cough syrup w/applesauce and 10mg of Colace w/8oz.of prune juice. Breakfast was a waffle w/jelly.

  • As we discussed w/Tom, putting the 10mg of liquid Colace w/a drink Maureen is not getting the full dose of the medicine. Because what spills or what she spits out is a unmeasured amount & not helping the cause. Our suggestion is to give it to her w/applesauce or pear puree & give her fluids after.

-11:15am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream. Listening to music and Maureen is relaxing & sleeping.

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon and grapes. Maureen finished 10oz.of coconut water.

-2:15pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon rest break. We changed her diaper medium wet w/medium VD odorless and cloudy. Positioned Maureen on her right side.

-3:15pm starting Maureen's afternoon, her diaper was dry. Dressed Maureen to start her afternoon. Transferred Maureen into the living room.

-3:30pm gave Maureen a pastry Luda brought for her w/cream & she finished 10oz.of lemon water.
