Friday April 24, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. No signs of pain or any distress.

9:45AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6 oz of thickened cold water

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:10AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet with medium VD cloudy odorless , Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs.

We Shampoo and wash Maureen hair today. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:45AM-  Breakfast- waffle with butter and jelly , and kiwi, finished 6oz thickened prune juice  with half a cap Miralax. Maureen ate well.

Coughed once suction

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)with purée pear.

11:30AM-Oral care

11:35AM- Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen close her eye for a nap

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and had melon for as fruit snack. Cough once.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was dry, we position her to face the right side.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was medium wet andLarge formed BM, we cleaned and change. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen finished 10oz of thickened lemon water.

4:10- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:15PM- diaper checked was dry

4:30PM - Dinner - stuffed peppers. Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. No cough

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with purée pear

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper medium wet, large VD cloudy odorless . We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

T - 98.4

P - 67bpm

O2 - 98%

Liquid intake - 42oz

Note: Maureen’s red rashes on her upper hair line is healed.

Her gums not swollen anymore.
