Saturday April 25,2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab No signs of pain or any distress. Cough2x and suction

9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with purée pear and she drink 6oz of cold thickened water. No coughing.

Giving her Neb treatment with albuterol.

10:00AM - Morning care. We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using a warm water with Cetaphil cleanser .Diaper was dry, has medium VD cloudy odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on her posterior and inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:40AM-Administered 10mg of Loratadine with purée pear and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)with purée pear.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomatoes and onions, and avocado ,finished 6oz thickened prune juice  with 1/2 cap Miralax.

Maureen ate well. Coughed once suction

11:20AM-Oral care

11:25AM- eyes spa today with wet warm cotton.

11:35AM- Facial and hand care routine

12:00PM- Maureen close her eyes for a nap.

1:15PM - Maureen took 10oz of thickened coconut water and had melon for fruit snack. Coughed2x Suction.

2:15PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet , We cleaned and change her. We position her to face the right side.

3:15PM-Rest break ended already. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened lemon water. No cough

4pm- Neb treatment with albuterol.

3:35PM - Maureen had 10oz of thickened lemon water.

4pm- Neb treatment with albuterol

4:15PM- check diaper, dry.

4:30PM - Dinner - she had 3 slice of pizza Maureen finished her food and enjoyed eating. She finished 10oz thickened sparkling water. No cough

5:15PM- Administered 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with purée pear.

5:25 PP - Oral care.

6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper medium wet and Small soft BM. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:25PM - Maureen's sleeping.

T - 99.4

P - 87bpm

O2 - 98%

Liquid intake - 42oz

Note:

-Temperature is high we check 2x still the same. But Tom will check again later.

-Check Her gums not swollen.
