February 24 daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen is in and out of sleep. She is lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen is still in and out of sleep.

• 8:45am Maureen is awake.

• 8:52am Merianne and I helped Maureen to an upright, sitting position in bed. Administered 75 mcg Levothyroxine with applesauce.

• 9:10am We began our day with a complete bed bath. Maureen's diaper is medium wet - Meriann and I performed a clean and change. Applied Cavilon barrier film to the sacral area and Cavilon barrier cream to appropriate areas. We dressed and washed Maureen's hair.

• 9:27am We headed to the kitchen where Merianne will blow dry and style Maureen's hair.

• 9:55am Breakfast - French toast, pear, 8 oz prune juice.

• Daily MiraLAX dosage - none

• 10:18am Administered 10mg Loratidine. Cup of water.

• 10:25am Oral care.

• 10:28am We reclined Maureen's geri chair down one notch for her comfort.

• 10:29am Eye wash and eye drops.

• 10:31am Morning facial routine.

• 11:30am We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen's diaper is dry. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 11:37am.

• 12:37pm Rest break #1 ends. Maureen's diaper is dry. We dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:50pm Lunch - sliced tomato, shrimp salad, sweet pea soup, coconut water, cup of water.

• 1:35pm Oral care.

• 2:30pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #2. Maureen's diaper is heavy wet - Merianne and I performed a clean and change. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 2:40pm.

• 3:40pm Rest break #2 ends. Maureen’s diaper is dry. We dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:50pm Fruit snack.
