February 20, Thursday, Day Shift

8: 00 am: Maureen is sleeping.

8:30 am: Maureen woke up.

8:45 am: we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50 am: we started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes.. Clean and change a medium wet diaper with a small yellowish vaginal discharge - no unfamiliar odor. Applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

9:20 : Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast: a cup (10 oz) of lemon water, soft scrambled egg with tomato and onion, pear.

Coughed three times.

No Miralax

Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

10:05 am: Oral care.

10:10 am: Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

Karen visited Maureen. We are having good time.

10:30 -11:30 am: Maureen had 1 cup (10 oz) of lemon water.

11:30 am: Karen and me transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first resting break.

Very wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Positioned on her right side.

12:30 pm: First break ends.

Dry diaper.

Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

12:30 pm: Deanna visited Maureen. She cut her hair and did the color.

1:00 pm: Lunch: Broccoli and cheddar soup, Chicken and red pepper salad. 1 cup (10 oz) of sprinkle water.

Coughed two times.

Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

1:30 pm: Lora from Amada visited Maureen.

1:50 pm: Oral care.

1 cup (10 oz) of water with lemon.

2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break.

Cleaned and change a heavy wet diaper.

Positioned her on her left side.

3:30 pm: Second break ends.

Dry diaper.

Dressed and headed to the living area.

3:50 pm: Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon, pear and kiwi).
